The beautiful Lindsay Lohan graces two magazine covers this month and she isn't even promoting (or working on) anything! She appears in the new issue of Harper's Bazaar and this months theme is fashion and how to dress for the spring. With all the black Lindsay has been sporting, this may be useful!
I love Lindsay Lohan because she is so and quotable.. here's my favorite quote from the starlet:
