Speaking of boring, how about Mandy Moore? The sometimes actress/sometimes singer dropped some dough at Barney's in Los Angeles. But don't expect to see more of Mandy, she has no new movies or music coming out.
She'd better marry someone rich if she wants to keep shopping at such pricey stores!
